Future Game Project - Premier Football Academy UK
Elite football development training in Poole and Bournemouth

At Future Game Project, every session is carefully designed around game-realistic practices that replicate the situations players experience during competitive matches. Rather than relying on repetitive, unopposed drills, our coaching places players in realistic environments where they are encouraged to make decisions, solve problems and execute skills under pressure. This approach helps players develop not only their technical ability, but also their understanding of the game, movement, awareness, communication and confidence in possession.

Every practice has a clear purpose and is linked to the demands of the modern game, ensuring players are continually challenged in a fun, engaging and supportive environment. By consistently training in realistic match scenarios, players are better equipped to transfer what they learn into weekend fixtures, allowing them to perform with greater confidence, creativity and intelligence for their grassroots or academy teams. Our aim is to develop well-rounded footballers who are comfortable making decisions, adapting to different situations and expressing themselves when it matters most.

What We Offer

Every player develops at their own pace, which is why our programmes are tailored to each stage of the football journey. From building confidence and a love for the game in the early years to developing technical ability, tactical understanding and position-specific skills, every session is designed to challenge, support and maximise each player’s potential.

Pre-Academy

Our Pre-Academy Programme focuses on developing confidence, coordination and fundamental skills in a fun and engaging enviroment. Sessions will include ball mastery, 1v1's and an oppotunity for players to express themselves while building a love for the game.

Foundation-Phase

In the foundation phase players will begin to develop a deeper understanding of the game, all while continuing to improve their technical ability. Sessions will challenge players to make better decisions on the ball and play with confidence.

Youth development Phase

Training in the YDP becomes more position speciifc and game focused, helping players develop a better tactical understanding of the game. Sessions will be designed to challenge players physically, mentally and technically in a high performance enviroment.

Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Harry Dare, founder of Future Game Project.

Football coaching has been my passion for many years, and Future Game Project is the result of everything I’ve learned throughout my journey. I created this programme because I wanted to provide young players with access to professional, high-quality coaching in an environment where they can enjoy the game, build confidence and develop both as footballers and as people.

My first opportunity within academy football came at Port Vale FC, where I was introduced to the standards and expectations of professional player development. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how young players learn and the importance of creating engaging, purposeful training sessions.

From there, I had the opportunity to coach internationally with Juventus FC, working in a completely different football environment. Coaching abroad challenged me to adapt my methods, communicate with players from different backgrounds and gain a broader understanding of player development. It was an invaluable experience that continues to influence the way I coach today.

After returning to the UK, I joined the academy coaching programme at Wrexham AFC, continuing to work with young players in a professional academy environment. Alongside these roles, I’ve coached across grassroots football, women’s football and player development programmes, allowing me to work with players of all ages and abilities.

Today, I hold a UEFA B Licence and remain committed to continually developing as a coach. I believe that if I keep learning, the players I work with will continue to benefit from the very best coaching I can provide.

Every Future Game Project session is built around game-realistic practices that replicate the situations players experience in real matches. Rather than repetitive drills, I want players to solve problems, make decisions, play with freedom and build the confidence to express themselves under pressure. My aim is to create sessions that are challenging, enjoyable and relevant to the modern game.

Future Game Project isn’t about creating the biggest football club or focusing on results at a young age. It’s about developing better footballers through outstanding coaching. Whether a player dreams of joining an academy, wants to improve for their grassroots team or simply loves playing football, every child will receive the same attention, encouragement and opportunity to improve.

My promise is simple: every player who joins Future Game Project will be coached with professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine care. I want every child to leave each session smiling, more confident than when they arrived and excited to come back the following week.

I look forward to welcoming you and your family to Future Game Project and being part of your child’s football journey.
